For Mariah Carey's legions of North American fans, the long wait is over – as the international superstar announces her first major tour itinerary in over three years. Following a festive New Year's Eve kick-off at Madison Square Garden in New York City, the "Angels Advocate" Tour begins January 2, 2010, at the Borgata in Atlantic City, and includes a stop at Detroit's legendary Fox Theatre on Monday, January 25 at 7:30 p.m.
The 8-week, 19-city "Angels Advocate" Tour is the first major tour by Mariah Carey since The "Adventures of Mimi: The Voice, The Hits, The Tour" of 2006. The opening act on the "Angels Advocate" Tour will be RydazNrtist, a new R&B group signed to Nick Cannon's NCredible Entertainment.
